Why we collect information
We use consent-form information to assess whether tattooing can proceed safely, record your consent, support the appointment, and meet the studio's record-keeping needs.
Customer accounts
Creating an account is optional. An account stores your email and contact details so future forms are quicker, plus a limited visit history containing dates, artists, placements and tattoo descriptions.
Sensitive records
Health answers, acknowledgements, identity documents and signatures remain restricted to authorised studio members. They are never shown in the customer account area.
Retention and deletion
Consent records are retained for the period stated by the studio. Deleting an account removes the login and saved customer profile, but does not shorten the retention period for consent records; the link to the account is removed.
Sharing and access
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the secure website and with authorised studio members. Contact the studio to request access, correction or help with a privacy question.
Electric Flash scores
If you add a verified Electric Flash score, your three-character initials and score may appear publicly on weekly, monthly and all-time boards. The initials saved with a run stay with that score even if you choose different initials later.
Anonymous game identifier
Electric Flash uses the ec_flash_player cookie as a strictly necessary functional identifier. It lasts for one year and supports verified runs, fair usage limits, saved initials and the YOU marker. It is not linked to customer or staff accounts and does not depend on optional-cookie consent.
Game verification and retention
Movement inputs are used temporarily to replay and verify a run, then discarded without being stored or logged. A one-way SHA-256 digest remains with the verified run. Verified scores and their initials snapshots remain available for monthly and all-time history until the leaderboard service ends or public removal is requested.
Removing a public score
To ask for a score to be removed from public boards, message the studio through Electric Cowgirl on Instagram with the initials and approximate play date. Staff remove it from public view by soft hiding it rather than rewriting the historical result.
